Primary Emotions/Themes: a warm welcome to a place once thought forgotten
Thoughts: Of all the Zelda records in my collection, this is the one that I cherish the most. The is so much good music in Breath of the Wild, and this record contains the best of the best.
After a long day out adventuring it's always wonderful to come back to a familiar place and rest. This is exactly the feelings that are portrayed throughout the entirety of Reveries. Warm, welcoming songs that make me want to cozy up to a warm fire and fall asleep.
This album is the audio equivalent to a cup of hot chocolate and a blanket on a cold winters day. It's like coming home after a long trip and sleeping in your own bed for the first time in months. It's welcoming home a loved one that has been over seas for years. It's finding that lost pet that was gone for weeks then randomly shows up at your door step one morning. It's joy.
